My coaching services focus on meditation, movement, health, and lifestyle management to help people live the best lives they possibly can.

What happens when you combine the discipline of a Marine, the knowledge of a personal trainer, the lifelong drive of a martial artist, and the quiet, calm presence  of a monk?

 

Me.

I’ve spent decades learning how to steady the mind and strengthen the body—not just for myself, but to help others do the same. Nothing brings me more joy than watching someone's eyes light up when they discover things about themselves they hadn't noticed before. 

My mission in life is simple: I help people. And I mainly help people by showing them how to build bodies that feel good to live in, and minds that can stay calm and focused when life gets hard. I teach people how to pay attention, to really listen inward, and to trust what they sense—so they can care for themselves better and move through the world with more confidence and determination. More resolve. <---See what I did there?

When you feel good, you do good. And when you do good, that goodness spreads. If I can spark even a single person’s transformation, then I’ve already done what I came here to do.

Services

At Re/zalv/, everything comes full circle. My job isn't to hand you a list of exercises, mindfulness tricks and then collect a pay check. Not at all. I stay with you every step of the way, helping you to radically rewire how you live, think, and move. Every program, every session from me is custom-built, based on your feedback, and your progress. I use a number of formats and mechanisms to deliver my services, each one dependent on the client's needs.

How it Works

  • 90-Day Commitments: I work in three-month cycles. Why? Because real change takes time, and commitment is the first step. When you work with me, I give you my all. I ask for at least half as much in return.

  • Virtual or In-Person Training: Based on availability. If you're within 25 km of Bridgewater NS, I can come to you or you to me. Living in another timezone, country or location? Virtual training sessions are also an option.

  • Personalized Design:  Every plan is built from the ground up, based on your feedback, your progress, and your goals.

  • Ongoing Support:  Weekly or bi-weekly calls (phone or video), assignments, and checklists to keep you moving forward.

  • Flexible Frequency:  Everything  is adjusted to your needs, but I will not hand-hold. You’ll get guidance, not excuses.

  • Access to the Re/zalv/ App:  All your training, tracking, and communication in one place. Built and maintained by yours truly.(Coming Soon!)

Virtual Personal Training

Direct coaching, wherever you are.


Not ready for the full 90-day journey but still want guidance that cuts like a ninja through all of the noise? Virtual Personal Training gives you one-on-one coaching through live video calls. Each session is focused entirely on you — your movement, your goals, your sticking points. You’ll get real-time feedback, tailored drills, and the kind of clarity that shortcuts years of trial and error.

  • 60-90 minute live sessions via Zoom or Google Meets

  • Focus on movement assessment, corrective work, or skill development

  • Personalized follow-up notes or drills after each session

Investment:

  • Single Session: $90–120 CAD (based on type of training and length of session)

  • 4-Session Pack (valid 6 weeks): $320–420 CAD

  • Limited spots available each month to keep quality high.

Personalized Programming

Your body, your life, your program.


Forget cookie-cutter templates and mass produced programs with little relevance to you. With Personalized Programming, every week you’ll receive a custom-built plan designed specifically for you. Each workout or habit sequence comes with video demonstrations I’ve recorded myself, complete with cues, intentions, and focal points. You’ll know exactly what to do, how to do it, where to focus and more importantly — why you’re doing it.

  • Fresh weekly program designed from your feedback and progress

  • Full video demos with clear explanations, done by me, so you know what I expect

  • Weekly or Bi-Weekly check-ins to keep you accountable, and me informed

  • Minimum 3-month commitment to see real results

Investment:

  • $200–350 CAD per month

These spots are extremely limited — once they’re filled, the door closes until someone graduates.

Who Am I?

I’ve spent the last 23 years immersed in the world of strength, movement, and discipline. My first taste of real training came at 16,  and I haven’t stepped away since. By 21,  I was in the U.S. Marines, wearing the stripes of a Sergeant and learning what it means to lead others .  I had the honour of protecting a president at Camp David, as well as being an infantry squad leader. I served 2 deployments.

8 solid years of service was enough, and so I headed to Canada. Here I deepened my studies with an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness. Since 2012, I've been a bouncer, a carpenter, and off-gridder, a father. But my passion has always returned me to working professionally as a fitness, lifestyle and health coach. No matter where I go, I find myself helping people build bodies that can carry them through the hard days, not just look good in a mirror.

Martial arts have been part of my DNA for as long as I can remember. I earned my black belt in Tae Kwon Do at the age of 15, and have been training and teaching various martial arts ever since. I teach a blended system, not bound by any system, but instead, like all of my practices, taking samples from each one, and then giving my students or clients the ability to focus on which style appeals to them the most.

While being an devoted Martial Artist, I absolutely detest violence. I teach, and train in the Arts, not for the sake of hurting another person, but for the beauty and embodiment of the movements. Second to that, to be able to defend oneself or another from harm is something I see as an absolute necessity in today's world.  Wanna learn?

For the past 13 years, I’ve been equally devoted to meditation and awareness training. This path, while self-guided has given me a wealth of perspectives from which to view the topics I'm passionate in. Not bound by any one system, I take the best of what's worked for myself and my clients. I have always cherished direct experience above dogma, and every insight I share comes from years of experimenting, observing, and applying these practices in the real world.

The Core 90-Day Program

Time to invest in yourself

Investment: $1,200- 1,500 CAD (90 days)

This isn’t a cookie-cutter plan. This is a full-spectrum reboot for your mind and body. For 90 days, you get:

  • Weekly 1:1 video or phone coaching calls

  • Personalized video lessons and assignments (built for you, not recycled from templates)

  • Access to the Re/zalv/ app with training resources and accountability tools

  • Ongoing lifestyle and habit coaching (movement, mindset, and awareness training)

  • Direct feedback and adjustments based on your progress

  • Optional in-person sessions within 30 km of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia (extra cost applies, commuting factored in)

This program is designed to move you out of stagnation and into strength—mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Enrolment is limited. Once my roster is full, it’s full. If you’re serious about making a change, don’t wait to reach out.

Personal Training Add-On

For those who want hands-on coaching in addition to the 90-day program.

  • Sessions available by request, based on location and availability.

  • Travel and commuting billed accordingly.

Pre-Qualification — Read This Before You Apply

This program isn’t for everyone, and I fully understand that.

 

I do not hand-hold.

 

I don’t do half-measures.

 

If you work with me, you commit to showing up for at least 90 days straight, even when it’s inconvenient.

  • You must be ready to take full responsibility for your body, your mind, and your habits.

  • You must be willing to do the assignments and check-ins, even when life gets busy.

  • You must be open to honest feedback and willing to act on it.

If you’re looking for a quick fix, an easy hack, or someone to drag you along—I'm not the guy for you.

But if you’re ready to step up, take ownership of your life, and fundamentally alter how you see yourself. I’ll meet you at 100% plus some.
